Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale transformation including software development and engineering for products and platforms.
• 3+ years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, leading cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, technology, and business teams.
• 2+ years building and scaling engineering organizations and GCC delivery centers, establishing operating models and delivery frameworks.
• 1+ year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven insights to boost innovation and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements with deep expertise in product and platform engineering.
• Collaborate with solution teams and stakeholders to define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models aligned to business objectives.
• Help establish modern engineering practices, governance, and delivery frameworks for efficient GCC operations.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ to enable broader business transformation and digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
