Accenture’s Global Capability Center seeks an Engineering Lead/Senior Manager to shape and scale engineering capabilities for GCC setup, interacting with clients and solution teams to craft delivery models and governance. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership across engineering, operations, and technology with a strong focus on AI-enabled approaches.

The candidate will drive transformations, establish modern practices, and partner with HQ stakeholders to accelerate digital innovation

Qualifications

8+ years in GCC strategy, org design or large-scale transformation including software engineering.
3+ years leading cross-functional programs across engineering, operations and business teams.
2+ years building and scaling engineering organizations and global delivery centers in GCC environments.
1+ year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, automation, and data-driven insights to boost innovation and delivery.

Responsibilities

Support client origination, sales, and delivery of GCC setup engagements with expertise in product/platform engineering and delivery models.
Define engineering strategies and design scalable product/platform delivery aligned with target operating models and business goals.
Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance for scalable GCC operations.
Contribute to enterprise transformation programs to support broader business goals and accelerate digital innovation.
Ability to travel up to 50% is required.
