Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in GCC strategy, organization design, and large-scale transformation.
• Minimum 3 years in engineering, supply chain, or Industry X transformation leading cross-functional programs.
• Minimum 2 years building and scaling engineering organizations and global delivery centers.
• Minimum 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with deep product engineering expertise.
• Define engineering strategies, scalable delivery models, and governance aligned to business objectives.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs to accelerate digital innovation.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
