You will collaborate with solution teams and stakeholders to define strategies, design delivery models, and establish modern practices, governance, and delivery excellence within the GCC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale transformation.
• 3+ years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation.
• 2+ years building and scaling engineering orgs and global delivery centers in GCC environments.
• 1+ year using AI-enabled engineering tools, automation, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with engineering expertise.
• Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models with solution teams and stakeholders.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance for GCC operations.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ to accelerate digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% is required.
