Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Senior Manager, Partnership Operations & Contracting to lead the day-to-day partner lifecycle and agreement execution. You will collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Product, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams to drive timely, favorable terms and scalable processes.

You will build templates and tracking tools, report KPIs, and manage risk while guiding a high-volume portfolio across a global partnership ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 13+ years of industry experience expected.
• 5–8 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the negotiation, drafting, and completion of partner agreements (data sharing, integration, distribution, co-promotion, amendments).
• Lead and develop the Partnership Operations & Contracting team; set priorities and establish standards for high-volume agreements.
• Own the partner lifecycle operations: intake, review, contracting cadence, obligation tracking, renewals, amendments.
