Responsibilities

• Owns the primary responsibility for negotiating, drafting, and completing partner agreements.
• Leads Partnership Operations & Contracting team and sets priorities.
• Manages the partner lifecycle, contracting cadence, obligations, renewals, and amendments.
• Leads negotiations with Legal, Privacy, Product, and Commercial partners to secure favorable terms.
• Structures data sharing, IP protection, and privacy considerations in partnerships.
• Collaborates across Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy & Security, Product Management, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Develops templates, playbooks, and tracking tools to improve consistency and speed.
• Defines and reports operational KPIs and surfaces risks to senior leadership.
