Job summary

Dexcom is a global leader in CGM technology seeking a Senior Corporate Development professional to support M&A, strategic transactions, and inorganic growth initiatives. You will work with executive leadership to evaluate targets, run due diligence, and coordinate cross-functional teams through closing and integration.

The role requires strong financial modeling, stakeholder management, and communications with C-suite and external counterparties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of related experience in corporate development, investment banking, PE, or advisory.
• Experience in medtech, life sciences or technology industries and exposure to public company environments or SEC concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple confidential workstreams and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, coordinating internal teams and external advisors.
• Lead due diligence, financial modeling, and data-driven presentations for executives and the board.
• Assist in negotiations and structuring of asset and stock purchases.
• Develop and stress-test post-merger integration budgets and synergies.
• Maintain and report on the acquisition pipeline and deal status.
