Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Sr. Manager, XOPP Business Operations & Program Management in New York. You will run the operating model, governance, and programs to enable clear, fast, accountable execution across global teams, including Consumers, Merchants, and Ads/Design.

You’ll maintain planning rhythms, prioritize portfolio intake, track risks, and apply data, AI, and automation to day-to-day operations while collaborating with Engineering, GTM, Marketing, Risk, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business operations, program or portfolio management.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation and governance.
• Experience with product, design, and engineering teams on digital initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and prioritize across teams.
