Qualifications

• 7–10+ years designing and scaling leadership and manager development initiatives.
• Expertise in end-to-end learning design using human-centered design and design thinking.
• Experience with leadership assessment models and coaching certifications is valued.

• Architect and manage a global manager development portfolio aligned with business priorities.
• Design onboarding journeys and scale high-impact learning for managers across regions.
