Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sr. Manager, Learning & Development to lead leadership development and enterprise curriculum across the organization.

Reporting to the Director of Learning & Organization Development, you will set strategy, align initiatives to business priorities, and elevate the capabilities of leaders and contributors. You will coach a team, design scalable curricula using modern learning modalities, measure impact, and manage budgets and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organization Development, Education, Learning & Development, or related field.
• Experience: 7+ years in learning & development, leadership development, or talent management with scalable curriculum.
• People leadership: 3+ years leading and developing a team with coached performance.
• Strategy & design: building leadership development and core curricula with measurable outcomes.
• Facilitation: strong facilitation and platform skills to present to senior leaders.
• Business acumen: clear business sense and executive-level communication.
• Execution: proven project and budget management across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year leadership development and curriculum strategy aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Build a future-skills roadmap by identifying capability gaps and translating them into learning.
• Lead, coach, and develop the L&D team with clear goals and accountability.
• Oversee program delivery, measure ROI, and manage budgets and vendor partnerships.
