Job summary

Nielsen Holdings Plc in the United States is seeking a Senior Talent & Development Specialist II to design, scale, and modernize manager development across global hubs. You will own the strategy for leadership capabilities from onboarding to advanced coaching and AI fluency.

As a hands-on learning designer, you’ll craft scalable solutions, partner with HR and business leaders, and measure impact with data-driven frameworks to improve leadership outcomes and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, HR, or Business preferred.
• 7–10+ years designing leadership and manager development in global organizations.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end learning design using human-centered design and modern learning tech.
• Experience with assessment models (360° feedback, psychometrics); coaching certifications valued.
• Global vendor management and delivery across international environments.
• Strong facilitation, influence with senior leaders, and ability to measure ROI with data.

Responsibilities

• Architect, evolve, and manage a manager development portfolio aligned with business priorities.
• Design and scale a Manager Onboarding Journey for internal and external hires.
• Build targeted capability solutions for coaching, feedback, and AI upskilling.
• Serve as hands-on instructional designer from concept to deployment.
• Apply human-centered design to create empathetic, frictionless learning experiences.
• Deliver scalable learning experiences across global hubs including India and Mexico.
• Establish data-driven impact metrics and advise across Talent, Learning, Culture and HRBP teams.
