Walmart Connect International is seeking a Sr. Manager, Joint Business Partnerships to lead the design, governance, and execution of JBP programs across Enterprise, Emerging, and Partner tracks.

This role owns the full lifecycle, from framework design, tiering, and benefit strategy through seller enablement, deal support, contracting, and post-signature performance. You will collaborate with market sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and other benefit owners to build programs that strengthen

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in operations, project management, or related area or 3 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Design annual JBP frameworks, tiers, eligibility criteria, investment thresholds, and benefit packages across markets.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Product, and benefit owners on funding, approvals, contracts, and delivery.
• Create seller training, pitch materials, playbooks, and tools that simplify execution.
• Support market teams through advertiser pitches, negotiations, and close.
• Govern exceptions, approvals, and benefit liabilities.
• Own signings, pacing, commitments, and program reporting.
• Identify at-risk commitments and partner with markets on acceleration or reduction actions.
• Use performance data and market feedback to evolve the program.
