Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of network, cloud, and systems engineers.
• Plan capacity across on-call, delivery, KTLO, and incidents.
• Translate roadmaps into staffing plans and commitments.
• Maintain high on-call standards, clear escalation paths, and post-incident reviews.
• Represent infrastructure to leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
