Job summary

CFS in Boulder, CO is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting to own consolidated and subsidiary-level reporting, strengthen internal controls, and guide technical accounting across GAAP and IFRS.

You will collaborate with finance leadership, manage complex consolidations, and oversee disclosure footnotes and the monthly close, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a multi-entity environment. This visible role offers exposure to auditors, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience overseeing complex financial statement consolidations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• SOX compliance and internal controls experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and timely delivery of consolidated and subsidiary-level financial statements and schedules.
• Oversee disclosures, footnotes, and reconciliations for GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Review consolidation activity, journal entries, and balances for accuracy.
• Monitor changes in standards and advise on impacts.
• Coordinate documentation for internal and external audits.
• Evaluate internal controls over financial reporting and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist monthly close and financial review process.
• Maintain/update accounting policies and procedures.
