Qualifications

• CPA required with 5–7 years of accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and analytical skills; experience with REIT or international consolidation is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and strict attention to reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead US GAAP reporting and consolidation of international financial results.
• Review locally prepared statutory financials and convert to US GAAP.
• Support quarterly reporting, financial statement prep, and consolidation activities.
• Perform cash flow analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reviews.
• Collaborate with international accounting teams to ensure timely reporting.
