Janus Henderson Investors in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to own U.S. GAAP consolidation and the preparation of periodic financial statements. You will interact with management, auditors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and compliance across reporting cycles.

The role offers exposure to legacy consolidation processes and opportunities to grow within the Financial Reporting team, with hybrid work options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years in financial reporting or consolidation in a multinational.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Excel: intermediate to advanced.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the Group’s U.S. GAAP consolidated financial results in SAP Group Reporting for the parent company and global subsidiaries, including review of consolidation entries and eliminations.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to upper management.
• Assist with preparation and review of regulatory filings as needed.
• Partner with external auditors in their audit of Group and subsidiary documents.
• Report required financial information to the U.S. Census Bureau and BEA.
• Ensure accuracy and SOX compliance across reports and processes.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
