Finastra is seeking a Director of Accounting to lead group consolidation and support month-end close for a global, multi-entity organization. You will own consolidation, flux analysis, cash flow reporting, and statutory reporting under US GAAP and IFRS, while developing a high-performing accounting team.

This role partners with Corporate Accounting, auditors, and business partners to deliver accurate results on tight timelines, while driving process improvements and AI-enabled reporting

Qualifications

• Significant group consolidation experience in a large, complex organization with intercompany eliminations and multi-currency consolidation.
• Public company reporting experience with compressed external deadlines; strong controls and accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, including consolidation, cash flow presentation, leases, debt, and financial instruments.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end group consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and consolidation adjustments.
• Oversee monthly close, flux analysis, and cash flow reporting in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Drive statutory reporting and coordination with external auditors; ensure timely, accurate, and compliant filings.
