Prologis in Denver seeks a Manager of Corporate Accounting (Global Consolidation) to lead the global close for 100+ entities in multiple currencies, ensuring accuracy under U.S. GAAP. You will own FCCS processes and partner with regional teams to strengthen controls and provide scalable solutions.

You will review equity earnings, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and large investments, while mentoring staff and driving SOX-compliant improvements across the global close.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with US GAAP and consolidation.
• Experience managing multinational consolidations with 100+ legal entities and multiple currencies.
• Experience with intercompany eliminations, equity method investments, and noncontrolling interests.

Responsabilidades

• Manage global close and consolidation in Oracle FCCS, ensuring timely, accurate reporting under US GAAP.
• Own review of equity earnings and NCI for 100+ fund/JOI investments; ensure consistency with policies.
• Lead consolidation governance, metadata, hierarchies, and close processes with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and resolve complex consolidation issues (ownership changes, FX translation, acquisitions).
• Drive process improvements, SOX controls, and automation to shorten close cycles.
