Johnson & Johnson DePuy Synthes is seeking a Sr. Manager, Operational & External Reporting for Raynham, MA. Lead the design and governance of standardized reporting and analytics to support operational excellence and financial performance across regions.

You will manage a team of analysts, drive dashboards and insights, ensure data quality, and partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders during a period of transformation for the organization.

Formación

• Typically 8–10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong understanding of operational financial processes (I2C, O2C, P2P) and reporting.
• Experience leading teams and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools and dashboards.
• Exposure to data governance, automation, and advanced analytics initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, governance, and delivery of standardized and ad‑hoc reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and executive dashboards for strategic decisions.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align data definitions and reporting standards.
• Oversee production reporting for accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across geographies.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts and reporting professionals.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Support system enhancements, automation, and analytics transformation with IT/digital teams.
