Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience with leadership.
• Strong understanding of operational financial processes in I2C, order-to-cash or P2P.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Advanced proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (BI, Excel, enterprise systems).
• Exposure to data governance, automation, and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Experience in global, regulated medical device/pharma environments; SEC reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead standardized and ad-hoc reporting for operations and external consolidations.
• Translate complex data into executive dashboards for strategic decisions.
• Align data definitions, metrics, and standards with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee production reporting across systems and geographies.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage and develop a team of analysts; foster an inclusive culture.
• Ensure internal controls and data governance compliance.
