Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive finance/reporting experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of operational financial processes (I2C, P2P) and reporting.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Advanced proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (BI platforms, Excel, enterprise systems).
• Exposure to data governance, automation, and advanced analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and delivery of standardized and ad‑hoc reporting across operations and external consolidations.
• Translate data into executive dashboards to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align data definitions, metrics, and reporting standards.
• Oversee production reporting for accuracy and timeliness across systems and geographies.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in performance metrics.
• Manage and develop a team of analysts and reporting professionals.
• Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Support system enhancements and analytics transformation with IT and digital teams.
