Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
• 8+ years of finance transformation, GBS, or management consulting experience with leadership.
• Proven expertise advising global organizations on GBS, shared services, outsourcing, and TO design.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-state GBS and operating models across Finance, HR, IT, and more.
• Lead large-scale transformation programs with automation, analytics, and AI.
• Develop dashboards, data models, and reporting using Power BI, Tableau and SQL.
• Mentor and develop junior team members across global teams.
• Engage with executives to drive value realization and client satisfaction.
