Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Senior Manager to lead transformations across global finance and operations functions. You will guide assessments, design future-state processes, and oversee multi-functional teams delivering end-to-end change initiatives.

In this role you will leverage Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx to deliver actionable insights, improve controls, and enable scalable finance operations. Strong leadership and client advisory skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Eight or more years in finance transformation, GBS, or management consulting with leadership.
• Expertise advising global organizations on GBS, shared services, outsourcing and target operating models.

Responsibilities

• Design end-state Global Business Services and operating models across Finance, HR, IT, and more.
• Lead large-scale transformation programs with automation, analytics, and AI integration.
• Establish service management frameworks, SLAs/OLAs, and KPI reporting.
• Drive transitions across global delivery networks with risk mitigation and change management.
• Develop dashboards and reporting with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx for insights.
