Leverage power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and SQL to embed data platforms and analytics into core operations. Compensation ranges from $63,300 to $220,830 depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS or related field; CPA/CFA/PMP or equivalent certifications strongly preferred.
• Eight (8)+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, GBS, or management consulting with leadership in operating model and process transformation.
• Proven expertise advising global organizations on GBS, shared services, outsourcing, and target operating model design, including BPO selection, contracting, transition, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-state Global Business Services (GBS) across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations.
• Assess organizational maturity and develop transformation roadmaps aligned to enterprise strategy and business outcomes.
• Lead large-scale transformation programs, integrating automation, analytics, AI, RPA, and intelligent workflow platforms.
