Job summary

BeOne is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Digital & Technology Systems Engineering to lead hands-on delivery across R&D platforms, AI-enabled architectures, and hybrid cloud environments. The role spans from design reviews to operational readiness, ensuring secure, scalable solutions and strong collaboration with Enterprise IT, vendors, and scientific teams.

The candidate will drive system lifecycle activities, implement AI gateways and RAG patterns, and uphold regulatory and cybersecurity

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in data, digital, information technology, AI, systems engineering, cloud, infrastructure, integration, platform engineering, or related technical delivery roles.
• Experience coordinating technical work across cross-functional, matrixed, vendor, Enterprise IT, or engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with ML/AI/genAI end-to-end development & deployment from a systems engineering perspective.
• Working knowledge of software lifecycle methodologies, CSV/21 CFR Part 11 considerations, and pharmaceutical industry compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Global Technology Solutions and R&D stakeholders to align solutions with infrastructure, cybersecurity, identity management, cloud platforms, and operational standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration designs, deployment plans, environment details, runbooks, and platform lifecycle artifacts.
• Implement observability, telemetry, monitoring, alerting, and supportability practices for reliability and performance.
• Track technical lifecycle activities including patch coordination, releases, and transition to steady-state support.
• Support HPC, containerized environments, data lakes, and data pipelines for compute-intensive R&D use cases.
