Job summary

BeOne is seeking a Director of AI Enablement to lead enterprise AI platforms and GenAI initiatives, partnering with data science, engineering, and business teams. You will define platform strategy, developer experience, and enablement frameworks to scale AI solutions across Commercial, Medical, and other functions.

You will drive RAG architectures, LLM orchestration, and agentic AI systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and reusable deployments within BeOne's data and marketing ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in AI/Engineering/Data Science/Statistics/CS.
• 7+ years in AI/ML engineering, platform development, or data engineering.
• Experience building enterprise AI platforms and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise AI/ML and GenAI platforms including RAG pipelines.
• Build scalable, reusable AI services and APIs for rapid deployment across the org.
• Define LLMOps/MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.
• Architect integrations with vector databases and enterprise data platforms.
• Drive cross-functional adoption and developer enablement for AI platforms.
