The candidate will shape strategy, governance, and investments while building cross-functional teams to deliver high-value biomedical innovations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in data, digital & information technology with direct oversight in Systems Engineering within Pharma/Biotech/Medical Device industries.
• 7+ years of proven leadership at a senior level, directing multi-skilled teams.
• Strong experience with 21CFR Part 11 compliance and CSV.
• Proven ability to drive strategic technology initiatives across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end systems engineering for externally developed platforms and solutions.
• Architect low-latency API layers and data buses for seamless interoperability.
• Lead HPC clustering and containerized environments for compute-heavy processing.
• Implement modern observability, tracing, and real-time telemetry.
• Govern AI architectures, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflow patterns.
• Partner with Enterprise IT to align with security, identity, and cloud standards.
