Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive total rewards experience with at least 3 years focused on Compensation.
• Experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Experience managing global compensation programs preferred.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft skills required.
• Experience with systems such as ADP, Etrade, and Pave preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global market benchmarking and analyze compensation practices.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBP on job evaluations, leveling, market matching, and offers.
• Support development and maintenance of global salary structures and compensation frameworks.
• Develop and present communication materials, training content, and manager resources on compensation philosophy and pay transparency.
• Manage annual compensation cycle preparation and execution, including merit increases, promotions, bonus planning, equity grants, and budget administration.
• Manage administration and communications related to the NQDC program.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international compensation-related regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of compensation trends and global pay transparency regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows.
