Responsibilities

Responsibilities include designing scalable benefits offerings across regions, partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership for strategy alignment, overseeing vendor relationships, compliance with applicable regulations, and continuous program improvement through benchmarking and feedback. The role emphasizes delivering a seamless employee experience, effective communication, and ensuring legal and financial compliance.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field; 10+ years of benefits experience, with at least 5+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry; deep knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations; experience managing international benefits; strong analytical skills; proficiency with HRIS systems like ADP.
