Qualifications

• Six-plus years of progressive total rewards experience with at least three years in compensation.
• Biopharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing global compensation programs preferred.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft skills are required.
• Experience with compensation systems such as ADP, E*trade, and Pave preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global market benchmarking to support salary structures and annual planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on job evaluations and offers.
• Support development and maintenance of global salary structures and frameworks.
• Develop communications and manager resources on compensation philosophy and pay transparency.
• Manage annual compensation cycle preparation, merit increases, promotions, and bonuses.
• Oversee administration of the NQDC program.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international compensation regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of market data and global pay transparency regulations.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve data integrity.
