You will lead the design of centralized job architecture, grading structures and pay-for-performance concepts across seven operating countries while standardizing merit, bonus, and equity cycles. Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience in a global manufacturing or tech enterprise.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience with compensation data, pay equity and executive compensation processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern global compensation COE architecture and governance.
• Oversee global regulatory compliance, pay equity, and risk mitigation.
• Optimize HRIS and analytics tools for compensation data and trends.
• Model and scale total rewards programs aligned with financial guardrails.
