Qualifications

• Internship student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field for the entire duration of internship.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills are preferred.
• Strong communication skills are preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR team in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Total Rewards tasks.
• Coordinate candidate interview scheduling and contribute to content design for leadership development.
• Support projects within compensation and benefits and other HR initiatives.
• Learn and use HR systems to support day-to-day tasks.
