Job summary

Angi is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting to lead SEC reporting, technical accounting, and SOX controls. You will partner with Legal, IR, and executive leadership to ensure accurate disclosures and strong internal controls.

The role requires 8–10 years in accounting with CPA, plus deep US GAAP and SEC experience. A remote US work arrangement is offered, with collaboration across the finance organization.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years progressive accounting experience including SEC reporting.
• CPA certification and deep US GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with SOX controls and audits.
• Strong communication for board and executive audiences.
• Experience with Workiva and EDGAR filings.

Responsibilities

• SEC reporting: manage 10-K/10-Q/8-K, filings, and MD&A disclosures.
• Technical accounting: guidance on ASC 606, ASC 718, ASC 842, business combos, debt instruments.
• Internal controls & SOX: design, test, remediation of controls.;
• Lead and develop accounting team; partner with FP&A, Legal, Tax; drive process improvements.
