Job summary

Angi is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting to own technical accounting, US GAAP, and the company’s financial reporting process. This role requires communicating complex accounting matters to both technical and non-technical audiences and coordinating with Legal, IR, and executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will have extensive SEC experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team through close processes, disclosures, and policy

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience with SEC reporting and technical accounting.
• CPA required.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting; experience with SOX and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SEC reporting, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements.
• Lead MD&A, footnote disclosures, and earnings releases in coordination with Legal, IR and execs.
• Manage XBRL tagging and EDGAR submissions; monitor SEC rule changes.
