Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Enablement & Reporting Technical Lead to guide a cross-functional team in building AI-enabled field decisions and standardized reporting.

You will translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions, partner with product owners and vendors, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards across CRM and analytics platforms. The role requires strong leadership, experience in field enablement tech, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience after Bachelor's degree in field force effectiveness, sales operations, CRM platforms, or related domains in pharma.
• 2+ years as a Tech Lead, Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms such as AI-enabled decision support and field reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable technical roadmaps and architectures for field enablement and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor engineers, ensuring end-to-end delivery.
• Translate executive requirements into scalable, governed CRM configurations and reporting products.
• Collaborate with security, vendor partners, and product owners to meet enterprise standards.
