Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking a Manager, Field Operations Revenue Strategy & Performance to build and optimize field-driven revenue streams. You will own revenue strategy, forecasting, partner performance, and cross-functional initiatives across Field Ops, Sales, Enablement, Technology, and Finance.

This highly analytical role requires strong business judgment, advanced modeling, and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, revenue management, analytics, or related roles.
Strong experience building and managing revenue forecasts and operational models.
Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear business decisions and field actions.
Proven success working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations.
Experience operating in complex, field-based or distributed organizations strongly preferred.
Advanced analytical skills, Excel, Tableau, SQL or BI experience a plus.
Strong executive communication skills and comfort influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Develop Field Operations as a Referral Channel for Vivint and drive growth in referral-based acquisition.
Own and manage Field Ops revenue partnerships and ensure efficient handoffs and execution.
Own Field Operations revenue budgets and align with growth priorities.
Create and manage Field Operations revenue forecasts and operational models.
Develop deep revenue analytics and diagnose performance across markets and programs.
Lead continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration to scale Field Ops revenue initiatives.
