Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Typically 6+ years experience in training and field-facing roles.
• Experience developing and facilitating training for field teams.
• Strong instructional design and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to analyze performance gaps and create learning solutions.
• Proven project management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience in reimbursement, access, or patient support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify training needs and learning solutions.
• Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs for field reimbursement learners and patient support groups.
• Design, create, and deliver effective training content to improve learner capability and business outcomes.
• Lead and support new hire training and onboarding programs with coaching.
• Analyze performance gaps and develop targeted training initiatives.
• Continuously identify new approaches to improve training efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee CRC processes, procurement, vendor management, budgeting, and leadership coordination.
• Manage external vendors for content design and training support.
• Collaborate across functions and geographies for scalable solutions.
• Translate reimbursement concepts into practical learning materials and workshops.
• Support ongoing capability development through refresher training and field resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned to enhance training excellence.
