Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Field Access and Reimbursement Training Manager Consultant to develop and deliver training for Field Access Manager teams and related commercial functions. The role focuses on enhancing access, reimbursement capabilities, product knowledge, and field execution across multiple therapeutic areas, starting with IBD and EoE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, medical education, training, or related environments.
• Strong facilitation experience delivering virtual and instructor-led training programs.
• Experience developing and implementing training curricula and learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support training strategies aligned to client objectives and therapeutic needs.
• Partner with client stakeholders to review and enhance training for Field Access Manager teams.
• Ensure programs are practical, compliant, and aligned to access and reimbursement priorities.
• Evaluate workshops and training materials and recommend improvements.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute NSMs, POA Meetings, and District Meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate engaging virtual, live, and hybrid training programs.
• Manage training deliverables across onboarding, backfill, and ongoing field education.
• Adapt facilitation techniques to diverse learner groups and experience levels.
• Foster an interactive learning environment and act as a credible training partner.
