Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (required).
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech healthcare environments.
• Experience supporting Field Access, Market Access, Reimbursement, or related functions.
• Strong facilitation experience delivering virtual and instructor‑led training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support training strategies aligned to client objectives and therapeutic area needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to review and enhance training needs for field teams and related functions.
• Ensure programs are practical, compliant, and aligned to access and reimbursement priorities.
• Evaluate workshops and materials; implement improvements based on feedback.
• Plan and execute NSMs, POA meetings, and district meetings with cross‑functional teams.
• Facilitate engaging virtual, live, and hybrid training sessions.
• Manage onboarding, backfill training, and ongoing field education deliverables.
• Adapt facilitation to diverse learner groups and levels of experience.
• Provide credible training across clinical, medical, access, reimbursement, and field topics.
