Job summary

EPM Scientific is seeking a Director of Field Reimbursement Training to spearhead onboarding and ongoing development for its US Field Reimbursement team. The role will design, implement, and optimize training programs to elevate field reimbursement capabilities and effectiveness.

The candidate will lead FRMs and FRDs, collaborate with reimbursement, commercial, and training stakeholders, and ensure materials meet regulatory and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Pharmaceutical Field Reimbursement experience.
• Experience with specialty pharmaceuticals, buy-and-bill, and long-acting injectables.

• Pharmaceutical industry experience within Field Reimbursement
• Experience supporting specialty pharmaceuticals, buy-and-bill, and long-acting injectable products
• Strong presentation, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Expertise in adult learning and field force capability development
• Experience coaching and developing field teams
• Injectable specialty pharmaceutical experience
• MBA or advanced degree preferred

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $200,000 - $230,000 (Level and compensation dependent upon experience and qualifications)
