Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 6+ years of experience in training or enablement roles.
• Experience developing, implementing, and facilitating training programs for field-based, customer-facing, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong instructional design and ability to facilitate workshops for small and large groups.
• Proven ability to analyze performance gaps and create learning solutions that drive results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and learning solutions for field reimbursement teams and patient support groups.
• Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
• Design and deliver training content that improves learner capability and aligns with business outcomes.
• Lead and support new hire training and onboarding programs, including coaching and facilitation.
• Analyze performance gaps and develop targeted training initiatives to address capability needs.
