AbbVie is seeking a National Training Manager to design and deliver compliant learning solutions for the Retail Field Reimbursement Manager organization. The role supports Access and Reimbursement Training and collaborates across Learning and Development, Franchise Strategy, and Therapeutic Leadership.

As a senior member of the Training and Development team, you will facilitate programs, coach participants, and build strong partnerships with stakeholders to drive performance and alignment with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Understanding of adult learning principles.
Experience with PowerPoint, Articulate Rise and iSpring.
3+ years in pharmaceutical field or equivalent training roles.
Experience leading national or regional projects.

Responsibilities

Design compliant learning solutions to improve performance.
Build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Leverage existing LMS content to reduce duplication.
Provide candid feedback to training participants.
Develop Guest Trainers and Regional Trainers.
Lead cross-functional initiatives within the training organization.
Assist with onboarding and mentorship of NTMs.
