Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• At least three years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare industry.
• Experience supporting or partnering with a field sales organization.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and operational oversight for national and field meetings to maximize engagement and execution.
• Develop coaching resources, field coaching reports, and performance metrics with national/regional field leaders.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to develop, enhance, and deploy field training content and short- and long-term learning plans.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Commercial Excellence, Analytics, Technology, Incentive Compensation, and other partners to optimize business processes and field execution.
• Support new-hire onboarding, field business planning and reviews, account-list management, roster management, deployment, and targeting excellence.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance measures that provide actionable insights to field leadership.
• Manage priorities, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Identify and scale operational best practices that strengthen customer engagement and improve organizational effectiveness.
