Visa Direct is Visa's real-time money movement platform enabling institutions to send and receive funds globally.

The Senior Manager, Visa Direct FI Sales will drive growth by acquiring and expanding financial institution relationships, guiding the full sales lifecycle from discovery to onboarding, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable money-movement solutions.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree.
Experience in payments, financial services, or sales roles is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Executives and stakeholders to identify Visa Direct opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow adoption and transaction volume.
Consult with clients to understand objectives, challenges, and money-movement priorities.
Act as a trusted advisor on real-time payments, digital wallets, and cross-border movement.
Build compelling business cases and commercial recommendations for clients.
Negotiate and close commercial opportunities while balancing client and Visa goals.
Partner with product, legal, risk, finance, and marketing to onboard clients.
Coordinate with processors and ecosystem partners to deliver scalable solutions.
Maintain a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting and regional growth focus.
Expand existing relationships with new Visa Direct capabilities and use cases.
