Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 0 years with a PhD.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services onboarding environments.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding excellence within the Visa Direct Onboarding Center of Excellence.
• Own onboarding governance, launch readiness, risks, issues, and handoffs.
• Ensure onboarding progress is measurable through KPIs and SLA reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks and push for automation and GenAI-enabled improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Risk, Client Services, and Sales on onboarding.
