Job summary

King Cove Federal is seeking a Senior Manager of Contracts and Capture to lead federal contract administration from award through closeout and drive strategic capture across our ANC-focused portfolio.

You will coordinate with Business Development, Pricing, and Operations to build pipelines, negotiate teaming arrangements, and ensure full regulatory compliance with FAR, DFARS, SBA 8(a) rules. A candidate with ANC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive federal contracts administration and/or capture management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and SBA 8(a) regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cradle-to-grave administration of prime contracts and subcontracts.
• Develop compliant subcontracting plans and manage flow-down clauses.
• Provide counsel on OCI, regulatory compliance, and contractual risk management.
• Serve as primary negotiator for complex contracts and vendor modifications.
• Mentor junior staff where appropriate.
