Qualifications
- Advanced degree(s) with leadership experience in engineering.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.

- Strong knowledge of utilities, HVAC, and facility systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for Facilities & Engineering operations at Amgen Ohio.
- Drive reliability, continuous improvement, and asset lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and environmental standards.
- Lead capital projects and infrastructure modernization.
- Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and performance.
