Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• Masters degree and 3 years of Engineering and/or Operations experience.
• Doctorate degree.
• Experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP or other regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities to support reliable site operations.
• Supervise, coach, hire and develop engineering staff.
• Define objectives and plan strategies aligned with the broader goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (Manufacturing, QA, Facilities, Automation).
• Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and regulatory expectations.
• Support investigations, CAPA, change controls and risk assessments.
