Senior Manager Facilities - Providence

Join our team as a Senior Manager Facilities at Providence. Reporting to the Regional Director, Environment of Care – So Cal, this role provides management oversight for all phases of hospital construction projects, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment. Ensures compliance with specifications, schedules, and budgets. Assists with operational and personnel activities of the Engineering, Biomed Engineering, and Security departments, including staff scheduling, inspection, and evaluation. Supports operational and budgetary planning for maintenance and projects, and ensures hospital facilities operate efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing hospital construction projects and maintenance activities
• Overseeing engineering, biomedical, and security departments
• Staff training, evaluation, and policy compliance
• Resolving complex staff issues and maintaining facility efficiency

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of progressive management/supervision experience in construction and maintenance
• 7 years of experience as a Facility Supervisor or Manager

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• Los Angeles County Boiler Operator License upon hire
