ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Facility Manager leads all Facilities duties for CorePower Yoga including overseeing multiple facility specialists. They manage repairs and maintenance service tickets, capital project management, rental program, and vendor management for day-to-day maintenance. This position reports to the Senior Director of Design & Construction and is responsible for the facility team’s overall performance and for meeting facility-specific financial goals. The role requires maintaining a strategic view of our portfolio of 220+ corporate studios and must have a “continuous improvement” mindset. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, real estate, legal, and accounting to support our growing portfolio.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Lead all aspects of the Facilities function including managing multiple direct reports (facilities specialists), day-to-day service tickets, ticketing platform, standardized reporting, capital & expense planning, and vendor management.
- Assist department leadership in developing the portfolio’s facility maintenance, repair, and capital expenditure strategy, including techniques and procedures to achieve strategic goals.
- Support Facilities Specialists in reviewing leases and working with the Real Estate team on Landlord vs Tenant responsibilities.
- Engage with Landlords on various maintenance requests (as needed).
- Engage with Legal and outside counsel to escalate facility, vendor, and building issues (as needed).
- Closely monitor the operational and financial performance of the facility teams, perform root cause analysis of processes, procedures, and programs to identify contributions to performance deficiencies; recommend resolutions.
- Enable and motivate team members to proactively develop and implement solutions to complex studio requirements outside standard procedures.
- Prioritize workflow and develop scalable processes/systems for operations, facilities, and vendors. Develop systems to identify potential issues before escalation, working with facility specialists to resolve high-priority issues and escalating only the most severe ones with actionable recommendations.
- Supervise capital project management, including proposals, funding processes, and project completion.
- Ensure facility management team enforces high standards for quality, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain effective communication between operational teams and studio/regional leadership through meetings and reporting.
- Create standard weekly/monthly facilities reports for cross-functional and senior leadership review.
- Use analytical tools to identify service trends and implement best practices for service delivery and operating processes, driving continuous improvement.
- Identify and evaluate key vendors annually, adjusting as necessary, including RFP processes. Mentor facility specialists to develop their skills and responsibilities.
- Assess facility manager performance using quantitative indicators and qualitative observations, providing coaching and feedback.
- Ensure confidentiality of internal and external data.
- Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

- Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Experience with lease administration software and data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in facility management, business administration, or related field.
- 7-10 years of facilities and/or project management experience.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
Other Relevant Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-unit retail portfolios.
- Understanding lease responsibilities of landlord vs. tenant.
- Experience in facilities management, property management, building engineering, or related fields.
COMPENSATION
- Salary Range: $100,000-120,000
- Bonus Potential: Up to 15% of annual salary
